  11. I'm trying to install a SLIP/PPP connection with my modem to my University.

  13. It doesn't seem to dial the number though!

  15. My modem is a U.S. Robotics Sportster. - Fax/Modem 14,400/9600 bps.

  17. I think it might have something to do with the Init String.

  19. The software works with a Compaq SpeedPaq modem at 9600 bps.

  21. Does anyone know a possible solution to this problem.
